Yoga Hike was the perfect start to my weekend. I’m not much of a morning person, but I arrived there, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed before 7 am. There were about 15 people in total and I really enjoyed the small group feel where everyone was able to get to know each other.
Twin Falls is just gorgeous and it was the perfect spot to hike and do yoga. We made several stops to enjoy the scenery and things that Christopher pointed out until we arrived at a huge walnut tree. I was a little nervous since I’ve only been to a few yoga classes, but Christopher did a great job with teaching a group of varying skill levels.
On my previous yoga attempts, I felt a lot of strain on my wrists. However, this was not the case for Yoga Hike. I felt great throughout the entire class! Afterward, I felt so relaxed, yet energized! I highly recommend Yoga Hike to everyone.
